Ryan Hagen

General Manager

Most people probably look at Ryan’s classic blue jeans and Converse appearance and assume he’s all basic, all the time. As Decades General Manager, he does keep to the basics by leading the team and keeping everything on track, every day. He does love the John Wooden quote, “Failing to plan, is planning to fail.” and if you’ve worked with Ryan on a project you’ve definitely experienced his love for a plan in action. But few are aware that Ryan has designer taste when it comes to more formal attire. In fact some of his favorite designers include Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Hermes.

Ryan joined Decades in 2017 after many years in Artist and Sales Management in the Entertainment industry. He has worked on projects with some of the biggest players in the business such as CAA, WME, UTA, Universal, Warner Brothers, SONY, and Yahoo! to name a few. He brings a sharp business sense, a firm belief in integrity, and a “make it happen” attitude to everything he is a part of. When Ryan isn’t focused on all things Decades, you can find him fishing in a Bass tournament, hanging out at a Dodger game, obsessing over his Basset Hounds, or enjoying a beach day with his wife.
